Great 1st post Svyat, would like to see the same treatment you gave the lower lip applied to the upper. Nice attention to detail too.

Maybe put some more effort into the skin - add some textures with alphas for example.
Thank you. What do you propose for the skin? There are actually some alphas for the warts and veins. I’ll be grateful for any suggestions from the specialist 
Also head was retopologised and textures are baked
