Sorry if it has been already answered but i couldn’t find it.
i am trying to cutomize my UI, but I didn’t find the way to resize or rename buttons (3.5 R3).
Is there a way to do it ?

Element names are hard coded in ZBrush or the plugin that adds that element. It is not possible to change their names.
Size is a different matter. There are global settings available at the top of the Preferences>Interface menu.
Buttons Size changes the size of all interface elements. (You’ll need to save the preferences and then restart ZBrush to see the effect.)
Wide Buttons applies to the selections in the Alpha, Material, Tool, etc. palettes. By default it is active, making these buttons 1/2 the width of the palette. Turned off, these buttons will become 1/4 the width of the palette so that they become square. This lets you fit more of them on the Shelf space surrounding the canvas.
