(SOLVED) Help with Memory

I’m hoping someone can help me. I’m using zbrush 4 r2 and when I move my models around, it trails around and leaves pieces of image all over the canvas.

I know this is not a zbrush problem-because items on my desktop will do the same thing on occasion.

Could someone help me determine if I have a memory problem with hardware or if it’s a memory problem with my graphics card?
Or could it be because I’m using a lower quality monitor and it’s not able to render the graphics properly?

In other words, I’m not very tech savvy. I know I have a quad processor but I’m not sure if I have it set up correctly to benefit me any in zbrush and I want zbrush to have all the memory it needs.

Any help would be very much appreciated!
Intel Quad Processor 2.66 ghz.
Operating System is Windows XP SP2
Memory: 4 gig
Should I be installing more memory or updating graphics card or get a new monitor? Thanks for any help! (my computer is 5 years old)

In Zbrush I clicked on Preferences and disabled multidraw (multi-processing drawing) and at this time I am not experiencing anymore problems.
Side note- I ran the test to see if my system could handled multi-draw and it said it was recommended. So, I’m not sure why it can’t handle it but am happy I can actually use Zbrush now without all the trailing.
