I’m finally understanding the Maya to ZB to Maya process and have been able to make decent Disp and Normal maps, but my Mental Ray renders are always softer and lack the crisp detail of my ZBrush textures- please see screener. In ZB, I choose tangent/adaptive/smooth uv/ S normals, UV map is 2048, and my Disp Map is 32 bit/adaptive/smooth uv/DP Sub 2/Mid 0/Scale 1. In Maya, I turn off Bump filter and render in Mental Ray at high production settings. I’m assuming the Normal map is the problem, so any advice is appreciated
