Once you snapshot a few angles of your tool onto the canvas, is there a way to change the material on them? Choosing different materials only seems to effect the live/picked up tool, but the dropped/snapshot versions remain unchanged.
In the Material palette, select the material you want to use and then press Material>Copy Mat. Now select the material you want to replace and press Material>Paste Mat.
