This is really nice, I like the texture of the cloth - but you need to watch what you create if you are making any profit on your art. Duplicating a character which is owned by Disney/Pixar is fine for studies and leisure, but if you have made profit than you are dealing with copyright infringement. I would advise you and your client use a different character.

Make something up! I find that an original character is much more fun to do than one that has already been created.

yea i agree with the above…
looks like hes made out of plastic!
lol

!!!

Hello

*proportion of all body is different

*whole outfit is different

*Main thing the face is completly different

the jaw definition, the eyes, the mouth, nose, no eyebrow nor hair
This character does not resemble in any sense to the Pixar Character, it didn’t even look from the same universe of UP

*one reminder the face of pixar up character is called BoxCartoon Art, many other cartoons are made using the same techics,
Plus you can see many other cartoon character got much resembles to others cartoon characters
eg : Monster House character are in many ways similar to Disney 3d characters

<O></O>
But still if you could point me out any thing which will raise Copyright issues i will contact my client and change the whole character

<O></O>

When viewing both characters side by side, there is no case of copyright infringement here. The two characters are similar in style, but quite different in execution.
