When I use teh Tranpose tool, it always snaps.
Can I turn off thie snapping ?
And if so, where and how ?

Transpose controls will constrain movement in various ways when shift is held down. When drawing an action line, the endpoints will snap to whatever is underneath them, which is very useful at times. If you want to constrain the action line to the screen plane, end the action line in empty canvas space, or tap/hold down Shift.
