my only comments are
A- the eye dosnt seem right to me…I was thinking maybe and actual snake eye “slit”
B- the teeth material need to be shiny
other than that…its looking sweet
I like your model very much!
In my opinion, the colormap could be a little bit darker with some more contrast.
Maybe try to make the teeth more specular.

I fixed up the material on her a bit and tweaked the rendering. Looks better I think.
It does look better! Although I think the pupils should be elongated like a snakes.
