For how to sculpt the snake skin, basically I looked at many fish and snake pictures from the internet so then I can get an idea of where I should add the details.
And I make few Alphas from photos so I can put all the small details around the model.
The part under her belly, I mainly used standard/inflate brush to sculpt out the shape and the rest is all Alpha.
