It 's a kind of joke, I know it’s really different of Zbrush…

it’s for fun and maybe more for kids

yet a strong evolution of that technology would be really interesting.

exact!

Teddy has been around for a loooong time. I tired it out serveral years ago. It’s pretty cool and it would be great to have such a tool for product designers. Imagine drawing out a rough shape of a phone. Then draw buttons and stand offs and extrude or make a chamfer on the fly! Well Teddy ain’t there yet but it is interesting.

Like I’ve said, I’ve tired it out years ago and then I tried it again last week. The demo video shows new functions like drawing a cricle around a junction fof 2 pieces and then erasing and blending the 2 shapes. I could not find the command to getthis to work. Also, in the past I was able to draw a profile on an object and then extrude it (like the wing example) but last week I could not do that either.

I think this app will be great for kids. I have an 8yr and 5yr. I am thinking about letting them play with either Teddy of Cosmicblobs.

Yeah excellent! It’s not a freeware but i’d like to test it! Nice for kids too!
