Smart resym is sloooooooow

Hey

I’ve got a model, and takes plenty of time to do smart resym on higher sds levels. The thing is that I’m monitoring the cores utilization, and it’s 13 percent only!!! I have eight cores, and zb uses only four…Is it normal? I’d more happy (not mention my boss) to get this job done faster (way faster)…

I’ve even masked out the majority of the model to decrease the resym time, in vain…

Are you simply using Smart ReSym at the highest subdivision level? Or are you starting at level 1 and then working your way up level by level, using Smart ReSym at each?

This latter method is more accurate and less system intensive.
