anyway to fix the resolution?
First, you probably want to create a StartupDocument that is twice the default size. (See the online documentation in my signature for how to do this.) That will let you work with a canvas that makes the most possible use of your screen.
Second, you can reduce the size of the interface elements. In Preferences>Interface you can reduce the Button Size slider value. You might also want to try turning off Wide Buttons, depending on your tastes.
As for pixelation when you zoom, are you confusing canvas Zoom with model Scale? Zooming the canvas will always pixelate whatever is on the canvas, just like zooming into a picture in Photoshop would pixelate that.

but when ever i initialize or start with new document it again shrinks down?
is there anyway to make the modified size as a default ? so even if i initialize it remains the doubled version?
