Small holes after dynamesh happends sometimes, now i cant get those go away. i tried to fill it with insert meshes and redynamesh but nope…

Your volume is too thin in that area
Use the inflate brush on the effected area and dynamesh again. You’ll probably need to do it a few times to fix it, but it should get the job done.
