I try to do the Classroom Tutorial "Dynamesh Slice Curve: http://pixologic.com/zclassroom/homeroom/lesson/dynamesh/
and I can’t get the parts to mask or move after re-Dynameshing with the Groups button on. It seems easy enough but it doesn’t work. I end up with this.
Any help is appreciated.
I’m using 64 Bit Win Version.
You have to select polypaint (that tiny brush) next to merging options for your tool/subtool in the SubTools palette. If it still doesn’t work try this tutorial: https://youtu.be/GNqqPEJzN2Q

That did it. I am now able to move the dynamesh pieces separately with the move transpose.
