Slice curve brush issue

Hi guys!

I have an issue with the slice curve brush, it works fine with the “curve” and “lasso” strokes but gives weird or (most of the times) no results with “circle” and “rect”… any ideas?

Yes, I was wondering that myself. If it works with the Lasso stroke, it only stands to reason that it should also work with circle and rectangle stroke. :confused:

I tried to reproduce the weird behaviour but nothing happened. Basically if I’m using rect or circle as stroke type most of the times nothing happens (no new polygroups) or (the weird behaviour) it just slices the subtool in a random way, not following the stroke shape.

are those the polygroups you wanted? I mean, did it work fine for you?

yeah that’s what happens to me, when something happens, half of the times nothing shows up :slight_smile: I was wondering if that’s the expected behaviour…
