Does anyone know where I can get and to use good alphas for skin detial?

have you tried out pixologic.com they got some cool skin pores in the support area that you could experiment with using Zsub and Zadd using dragrect. If you have a camera you can also take a pic of your skin pore and take it into photoshop, and create an alpha. The Gnomon website has a tutorial on how to create alphas in photoshop, it was very helpful for me. Good Luck!
