Sketchbook - Longhi - NUDITY warning

Well well guys.
I’ve just noticed that I’m studying a lot, and nothing better to show and receive some critics from you.
So, I’m starting my sketchbook by now, hope you can help me with this stuff =D
so, I’ve started this model about 4 hours ago, this is Abe Sapien.

Sorry to say but the face does not look very feminine, I think it lacks that V shape that seems to be on most women. Also as far as the drapery and wrinkles are concerned, I don’t know if you’re using reference or not, but I’d suggest it, and try and get the type of material you’re trying to sculpt as well. if you can’t find any reference, then there is this really good book by Burne Hograth Dynamic Wrinkles and Drapery I think it’s called, any way you should check it out. I think you should smooth out the breast region too. Hope this helps =]

I agree with Prospect on the face. The problem lies in the mass of her jaw. The chin is fine, but the masseter muscles need refinement. Pull them in, soften the curve, and reduce the overal mass of the rear part of the jaw, and I think you’ll be closer to the feminine ideal, if you’re not using specific reference.

just my personal prefference, but I think her breasts/bossom could be lifted a bit.

just my 2 cnts

Hey, I work with a woman that looks a bit like this one, so it goes to show that all women are not perfct “10’s”. Reflects more of a woman in her middle to late 40’s.

thank you a lot guys…
I’ve changed a lot her face shape, and trying to keep this up…I have a lot of things to do yet, so, here we go.
