i think you should sculpting alot and some refs))
The 3/4 on the right has got a good likeness and the texturing definitely helps make it look more like him. Keep going, be good to see how this turns out.
Looks great. As far as c&c… can’t help you. You’ve hit all of the facial planes of Tom, the bottom lips look like they need to be slightly larger (not to much). His chin need to move toward his left side. Maybe widen his face. Add the mole to his check. Double check the chin, seems like it needs a little more.
Take all of this with a grain of salt. The model looks good.
Looks like a pretty good likeness to me… keep going!
