Watched a BTS of him as the Joker and man has he got the hook nose and chin to play this part.

Hi i was looking at your work and i was wondering how to did you get a good topology for the characters especially around the lips?
one of my weaknesses with z brush is re topology and i was wondering do you have any advice or methods if thats not a weird question to ask?
i always struggled when i try to sculpt a female character while keeping a good topology and if i am posting this in the wrong thread or i shouldn’t be asking this question in this thread please let me know and i will try to delete this post.
