Great subject to model Majid, it’s looking good so far. I agree with the other suggestions about the need to reduce to smalller top lip wider bottom lip and smaller nose.
I’m going to go against the general consensus and say the Will Smith sculpt is fine. There enough there to tell who it is whilst not being a 100% accurate study. I like the fact it comes across as a caricature of the guy than pinning him down to a particular time of his career. In a way, it could almost pass for a brother rather than the Will Smith… Not a bad thing really!
The Al Pacino sculpt is coming along, but as you’ve said you’re putting it to one side for now, I’ll reserve detailed crits until you’ve made more progress.
All in all, I love your work…

I LOVE THE FACE’S DETAIL,really great ,but i think the nostrill and the the soleus muscle in the back of leg and top of the foot need more work,although this area not seen if you finishid this piece with cloths:)

hey majid. looking at the will smith again. In my opinion i think the lower eyelashes are a tad too thick. maybe if you move the eyes foward a millimeter or two??? or use a brush to lower the thickness??? idk… other than that i think it looks great. the maya render too looks pretty sweet. keep up the great work dude !

Still looking good. There seems to be something in the region around the mouth but I cant seem to figure out what it is, could just be the lighting.

Great update Majid, I agree about the knee and the nose, and a few other areas of form and silohuette, like the tricep and the elbow from the back, the top of the foot in the 3/4 view looks too high.
I’m only learning this stuff so I may be wrong, this is a great model I’m interested to see what goes with the boots, I really hope its not just a couple of guns.
