The likeness is strong, but there’s definitely some issues with the nose. At the moment your nose seems a little too bulbous & rounded. The nostrils themselves also feel too thick to me…

Very nice. I think his top lip is odd though. It looks as if the lip is concave not convex. It needs to have some more fat addd to make it fuller. It looks great in the maya viewport too;)
