simple question about lighting when sculpting

Hi,
I guess there is no option, but maybe I missed it or there is a workaround:

Can I set a simple light source (a light from a certain direction) to check my sculpting better?
Sometimes when importing in another application in another light setup, I am detecting unwanted bumps, which weren’t visible during sculpting.

Or would it need to be rendered in ZBrush?
( I never rendered in ZBrush until now, so I don’t know about the options there.)

you can move the light around in the light tab, but you can’t use a mat cap with the interactive light. Basic Material works great for this though.
