So lets say I have 40 subtools. 30 which are showing. Now I want to quickly be able to hide all the subtools but 5. Then go back to my original 30 once i’m finished tweaking the 5 subtools. Is there an easy way to do this, or do I have to hide all, unhide 5, then go back and find the 30 subtools that I had visible initially? Thanks!
Suggestion: being able to “bookmark” groups of subtools so I can quickly show the ones I want to see. So for example, if I have 15 subtools that make up the lower body of a character, I can bookmark them while they’re showing and go back to them when I want to tweak the lower body only. Another suggestion would be to be able to group subtools within the subtools menu. Not group them into one ztool, but kinda like layers and groups in photoshop, where you can put all the layers that belong to eachother inside one group and hide or unhide them as needed. This will also make browsing the subtool menu much easier.
i am having this problem and its a real time killer to go through this scroll down menu of ztools and clicking on the eye icons for each , polygroups can be used but thats not possible if you want to keep each subtool with multiple polygroups … i don’t think it is hard to program such a simple subfolder system into zbrush and i am surprised zbrush team haven’t done this so far
