SHOES tutorial?

hi i am newbie i have been looking like crazy for a women shoes modelling tutorial but i cannot find any. is there anyone who would be so kind to send me the link if there’s one somewhere:-? or maybe someone who could give me some tips…emm very detailed and clear since i am a beginner.

I attached some sample images of what i would like to model. PLEASE HELP ME!

What i have seen in this DVD:
Use ZSpheres for a leg/feet but dont make toe’s!
Masking the Feet and use Extract.
Use a cylinder than config it for the (high-)heel.
