Hi! I want to select more than one subtool with the combination of shift+ctrl+LMB in zbrush, but every time I apply it, the objects are deleted. I would be glad if you can help.

In order to do this “Transpose All Selected Subtools” mode must be active on the Gizmo manipulator. This is the “pancake stack” icon on the far right.
If this mode is not active then you are activating the shortcuts for hiding and un-hiding polygroups. The two modes use similar shortcuts. Shift-Ctrl clicking on a subtool will toggle its selection status, Shift-Ctrl clicking in empty canvas will invert the current selection set, Shift-Ctrl dragging in empty canvas will clear all selections.
