In the light menu you have individual buttons to activate shadows for each active light. Double check that at least one is active. Select each active light to see the settings of each one in the light properties menu below. Secondary lights by default has not shadows.
And error less probable to happen is that the GStrenght is set to 0 in the BPR shadow menu from render menu or the resolution (Res) of the shadow in the same menu is very low or the angle very high. Or simply set to default the BPR shadows:

If you don’t find the problem yet you could save the sculpture as a tool and load it in a new project.
