Very impressive start. I like the expression on his face.

nice, but his helmet and ammo strap looks like they are 100 years old ;/ Anyway cant wait to see the final version ;]

helmet design looks to be WWII us army

nice model will keep an eye on your development if this is your first zbrush scene:+1:

Hi, I started learning texturing in Zbrush, here is test render in max (it’s not finish), becouse when I finished another things, render will be changed.

Did you use polypaint or project textures and fix in photoshop? Whatever… This looks great.

Really love those eyes - do you have them as a ZTL you could perhaps share once you’re finished?

first zbrush model!!! :grimacing: awsome work:+1: :+1:

great skin, and great expression

same question for the skin, how did you do it???

wow, its awesome dude, i like the textures anyway, keep it up

great update. beautiful texture!

This is cool but maybe you could add some noise to your specular map ? This will break so big highlights and make your skin more realistic , maybe

the modelling is really good, but this render is going awesome buddy.
tell us about the settings of lights and sss please
keep it up

2 WHW_ I use 3d plane project only for the diffuse texture , and after it need some work in shop, for spec, bump and subdermal I use Xnormal and Photoshop.
eyes I made in Max
Thanks for all, when I finished model I will share all options for skin and light, now they are not so good, I will rework some of them after your comments, and thank you again (ssory for my english)

phenomenal!
i want to see this go toprow
5 stars for one of the best and most lifelike textures ive ever seen

Great model, love the wrinkles, although I’m not sure about the top of the ears as they seem too uniform. I’m sure they should have more shape.

keep up the great work!

Jon

Awesome wrinkle details around the mouth and eyes!
I think the tip about the specmap might be good; after I had read it I noticed that the specs are indeed a bit broad…but I wouldn’t have noticed or been able to pin it down myself

:+1:
