Several Questions

Hello,

I am new to ZBrush and I have several problems I can not solve alone.
I hope I am in the right section and am allowed to ask multiple questions in one thread.

I have a piece of geometry with 1.5 Mil polygons. When I apply noise via the NoiseMaker all I get is a very blocky result.
Why is this happening? The preview looks good.

I UVed (?) a piece with the UV master.
Why are the UVs split up and not one piece?How do I prevent the UVs from spliting into multiple shells?

I have a very powerful rig with 32GB Ram, a 680 GTX and a i7 3820. I know ZBrush is still a 32 Bit Application. I cranked the memory usage to the maximum and still ZBrush is crashing and telling me that I don’t have enough memory to do a certain operation. Is there a way to let ZBrush use more of my system? Or at least two instances of ZBrush without using a VM?

When I use Dynamesh sometimes I get holes in the geometry and I don’t know why.
