Hello, I’m very fresh in zbrush and wondering how to choose tool for further editing. For example, I placed a few instances of some tool, and of course I can go to edit mode with latest one. But what about previous ones?
Btw, If you would be so kind to tell me also if I can find somewhere decimating tool for older zbrush then 4R5. For example I have just Zbrush 4 and I don’t see that plugin there.
Draw one object and then hit T for edit mode. To clear the canvas use Ctrl+N. You’ll find Decimation Master under ZPlugin at the top.

I know how to go to edit mode of last drawed object. But what with previous ones?
I have 4R6 already and my decimation master is crushing during creating low poly meshes (<5k in weapon model case). Maybe it’s too hard for it, to crate such optimized mesh?
Ctrl + N to clear the canvas. You have to hit “T” or the Edit button right after drawing your item on the canvas (click nothing else first) or it is just ‘painted there’, not editable in 3D.
