Hi,
I am totally new to ZBrush, I come from an XSI background.
can anyone tel me how to select a model that has been deselected in ZBrush 3.1?
Each time I edit and sculpt I eventually deselect the model somehow and can’t reselect it
I know this is a trivial question - trust me its got me pulling my hair out
Any help, addtional information or links to helpfull information to help me get up to speed would be greatly appreciated

you can’t select a model that is out of Edit mode if you do any changes…it has been dropped to the canvas…2.5d and is no longer a tool that can be edited in 3d space.
to “reselect” that mesh you’ll need to select it in the tool panel and draw it back on the canvas, then enter edit mode so you can edit it as a true 3d object.
if you watch the vids on the Zclassroom this should help you to understand this better.
