Concerning my workflow, there is nothing much original about it. I start with dynamesh and reference pictures from anatomy books. I then retopologize these rough sculpts using ZSpheres. It is usually an iterative process: typically, I redo the topology 3 to 5 times. Once this is done, I introduce creases to create hard edges, divide the geometry as needed and refine the shape with the move brush.
