seam between 2 sculpts?

What different ways exist and what are the best ways too connect 2 different high poly sculpts with normalmaps/displacmentmaps? I am currently doing a character and have done the head high poly sculped and everything and a body and now i wanna render them in 3dsmax but i dont whant too have the seam between the neck and body if you know what i mean.
