I like him, specially the floating feets and the Tentakle-Hands. Maybe the Head is in my opinion a little to small to capture his expression in full figure. I think a little exeggaration here will be good. But nice detail overall. Hope you work on with this model.

personally i think the upper body is fantastic but the lower body, especially below the knees seems to be lacking the same impressive detail as the upper portion

especially in the calf and foot areas, it just seems overly lumpy and unpolished

Nice dorsal fin and nice detail, I steel feel its a bit too mushy in some places but it works with the idea that he is a sea monster, the only crit I have is that his feet need to be way bigger and basically like flippers. They need to be more webbed and longer because that will increase his swimming speed.
