Have a project I’m working on in dynamesh and for unknown reasons the sculpting brushes are lagging badly on the current save file save file? Nothing big has changed I was literally working on it just a moment ago and it started happening but only on that save. The save I made a few minutes prior works fine.
Make sure you haven’t inadvertently activated dynamic subdivision on a high poly mesh. Tool >Geometry> Dynamic Subdivision. Make sure it’s off.
Thanks syndel, I didn’t have that activated. I was able to fix the problem by exporting the mesh then reimporting it. Sucks though as I would like to find the reason as to why it happened in the first place.
