Sculpt "symetrical" after posing?

Maybe its a stupid question but is there any possibilty to sculpt symmetrical after posing a character? I mean when i for example want to exaggerate the cheekbone but already have posed my character and so destroyed the axis symmetry. Since the base geometry was symetrical and only is rotated i think it might be possible. This would be real helpful but i can’t figure it out.
