Hello Everyone!

I have spent some serious time looking at a slightly new way to work with image planes and roughing in your model.

I have completed the first two parts:

Let me know what you guys and gals think!

Best,

Ryan

Thanks so much for the tut’s. :+1:

i think your blog is awesome and suspect i will find myself spending a significant amount of time there today!

Geeez Ryan! I thought I was gonna get some work done today!! I knew I shouldn’t have looked in here!

Your stuff keeps getting better mate, this is becoming a hell of a reference (as I predicted) I guess despite my daily moaning I should be grateful theres no Mac version yet… At least I get SOME work done!

Keep it up mate!

ZBrush_skull_steps1-2_title.jpg

Hello. Just uploaded a new movie showing a fast way to build a basic human skull shape that fits with Freedom of Teach’s upcoming Artist’s Busts. This is one part in a series of videos that will, hopefully, provide a path for artists looking to learn more about anatomy and structure.

Happy ZBrushing,

Ryan

Nice tutorial :+1:
Curious as we are, we want to explore everyting there is. I made oilpaint from the most nice pigments there are. The smell of the Venetian terpentine mixed with bee-wax made me dizzy and brought me the things I wanted to paint. Hmmm, computer…

Thank you again Ryan for all these excellent blog entries :+1: Very helpful and inspirational. Love the descriptions and observations that go with each entry and video. Please excuse my previous comment. I could not quite express myself as I wanted to at the time, but rest assured, if you seemed dictatorial then you are now our most beloved dictator

Mark

Thanks for the kind words Mark!

These are great, espcially the brick wall, but how about showing us how to export to another 3D package to use in our animations or 3D environments.Keep up the god work!

Hello. I just posted a quick ZBrush paint over of Freedom of Teach’s facial grid.

Best,

Ryan

super cool ! thank you ryankingslien for your tutorials…!!!

Is the blog deprecated? There hasn’t been any update for a while and Ryan seems to be over at gnomology lately…

Hey feureau, The blog has not been updated. I can not speak to Pixologic’s next step with it but I am sure it will be a good one.

Paul from Pixologic has started a new thread called “Did you know that?” which carries forward the tradition of short but insightful clips.

Gnomonology does have a blog but it will not have content like Sculpt.Paint.Create till after we make some changes to Gnomonology. After that, it will be my own personal assault on education.

All the best,

Ryan

is this blog (Sculpt. Paint.Create )still up ?

I tried to click on some of those tutorials , but link always takes me to Pixologic.com home page and i cant see any of those tutorials there

if anyone knows how to get to this blog please let me know, I feel so stupid

thanks in advance
