Screwed up my symmetry somehow... not sure how to get it back

Sorry if this is a noob question. I’ve used Zbrush for quite awhile but never did this. I created a model awhile back that I wanted to bring into Zbrush to work on. However, after import when I activate symmetry it doesn’t line up. The “mirrored point” is floating off in space. Does anyone have a workflow to try and correct this? I imagine I could export everything to maya, delete one half of all the obj’s, line up the center points on the grid, mirror it over and re-export, but that would be tedious for the twenty subtools that make up the model, plus I would also have to re-adjust my uv’s.

Just hoping there is a better option out there. Any input is appreciated.

when was it messed up?
during import?
are you using local Sym?

LOL… kick myself in the ass… I must have accidentally bumped the local sym button. I just clicked it back on and everything is fine. Thanks for pointing that out…
