This is some of the 90-180 speed sculpts I’ve done. Just using a sphere and conceptualizing.

So I put some work into the boot and separated the boot into multiple pieces and this is what I have so far 
I feel the leather folds are off, even if they are water damaged and worn hard, I still need to do the surface details, but I was curious of your critiques.
