scaling up object waters down detail?

I went through the deformation tab to size up the head sculpt cuz I realized the head is too small and I don’t want to deal with rendering issues later on with SSS … but I noticed all the wrinkles, pores, got watered down after sizing it up? What’s up with that …?

If anyone has a fix for it, or at least know why it’s doing that, plz help me out here. Any suggestions would be much appreciated thanks!

Maybe you had them masked?
Maybe details on a layer? Alltho im not shure about the last.
