Hi,
I have a torso with arms outstretched looking like a T figure.
My problem is, when i try to scale the model taller, that is, making larger the distance between its belly button to its breast, the width of the arms automatically stretches as well, and now i have a really, really huge and fat arms. 
When i try to mask the arms, it does not move at all - distorting my model.
How do i lock the arm’s width, but still move the whole torso up so that the model is now taller?
