Scaling brush in zbrush

Hello, is there any way to make it so that you scale the brush by holding down a button and dragging the mouse to the side, while not having to click a slider?

for reference, this is how blender does it.

this method makes it a LOT quicker to select the brush size you want. its the one single thing i miss when i started using zbrush.

nope.

Maya works the same way, hold B and drag. Modo is RMB and drag. 3D-coat, Phothoshop, substance painter, etc also have similar systems in place. Most software is this way actually.

Zbrush is S, LMB and Drag. At the very least when pressing S the slider is always directly under your cursor.

This (free) plug-in might be useful to you;

I use it with my tablet and cintiq (sometimes). (I assign hotkey to stylus side button-- rear button)

Warning; it will take you a bit of time to get used to using.

I have not had any issue with using this plug-in on PC- Zbrush version r7p3.
