For some reason the scale or (zoom) function is not working on my system. I’m using Alt/Option + mouse drag, regardless of mouse buttons used it dose not scale or zoom the view port.
What do I need to do to get this working?
BTW: the move or pan function is working fine (ALT + LMB)

but isn’t scale alt+lmb(hold)-alt+cursor move?
Not on a mac on pc too!
No alt + lmb is pan or move
no…I mean hold alt then left mouse click and hold, then release alt while still holding the left mouse down. then move the mouse.
I’m guessing you know the hotkey for it anyway…but you never know.
If that doesn’t work does the scale button on the right hand side of the default scale the model?
OK now I got it. but don’t like it! is there a way to assign another key comb?
well…I think yes, And I think no.
You can set up the scale button to a hot key. But I don’t think it is sticky…but I could be wrong.
And you get used to it very quickly. You’re probably just used to traditional 3d Apps
