With the ‘scale’ control there is a limit to how big I can scale a tool. I am trying to do a basic figure and I want to work on details like finger nails. Using the sample meshes I can only zoom in so that each finger is about 30 pixels wide. It’s hard to sculpt accurately at this scale. What is the recommended way to do something like that? Sub-tools? But then I wouldn’t be able to use symmetry for the left and right hands, would I?
you can use subtools for half the body then mirror them over, that way you can zoom in as much as you would like.
I hear in Zbrush 3.12 you can zoom in like crazy though. So the new version for PC should have this added in as well.
