Ive been able to play around with the Zbrush render settings which are great. Only, I havent found the button that will “save as file”. Is there a way to save a zbrush render as a high resolution file or am i doomed to screenshot my viewport all day?

your zoom level will also affect the resolution of the output. prior to exporting as a psd, hit aahalf. if the image is too small for your liking at aahalf, resize the canvas. the aahalf will get rid of stair stepping from pixels, you will get a smooth render.
