Hello,

I have started getting this error when I try to save a Ztool I’m working on. I have searched the forms but have found no information that helps. I send a support ticket in but its the weekend end and we know how that goes. I cant seem to save anything I’m working on. Any help or ideas anyone has I would love to hear it.

The error message I’m getting is Zbrush is unable to properly complete this function due to a faulty or incomplete installation. Please help with this issue as I can not save anything I work on.

Welcome to the club :frowning: Doing a reinstall doesn’t seem to fix it for me either.

We just puchased 5 licenses and are getting exactly the same problem, on windows 7 32bit machines

This can mean that there’s a problem with permissions. Or that the installation itself has been corrupted in some way.

I contacted support and I had to do a re install, That seemed to fix the problem so far but I’m on
a windows vista 64bit machine.

I’ve had this issue when saving a file with morph target + layers, deleting the morph targets fixes it for me.
