Save from any subtool?

It’s a pretty silly question but I can’t find how to save from any subtool.
I carry my hotkey to each upgrade and I have a default hotkey who use the save macro.
In previous version I think that you could save with subtool master plugin and it let you save from any subtool without having to go to the first subtool.

In 3.5R3 I can’t do this anymore, if I am not on the top subtool it save a version with the name of the current subtool somewhere on my hard drive.

How can I get to save from the top subtool?

You don’t need to use a macro with 3.5 R3. Use the Save As button from the top of the Tool palette - the name of the top subtool will always be used, whichever subtool you are on. You can assign a different hotkey to the button if you wish.

The fact that I’m using macro is that my hotkey where taken from previous version, I copy the Zstartup folder every update to get the same config.

And what I am missing is not a save as but just a save action.
Save as still work but I want to save on the fly without having the save as window to pop-up.
I use save as only for incremental save.
