texture is handpainted and
i use mental ray and zaps skin shader for this piece …

the texture is handpainted rendered with mental ray and sculpted in Zbrush ,topolody was done in topogun
i aslso did a test animation ( the rig was done by my friend Ismail Fidan)

Hi, i think the skin details are reaaaally cool man!.
My only crits would be on the neck and trapezes muscles, it seems that’s a recurrent problem you have got in my opinion, that your models always have those exagerated trapezes and back of the neck to big.
on this model i think it disturb me quite a lot because he is a very old man, and he should have a very thin neck judging his age. Hope my critique help.
keep it up man, thoses sculpts are going better and better.
The render/sculpt of Obama is top-notch work. It’s got some Luc Begin vibes going on with the skin pores, which is awesome, though the eyes could stand to have some more lively polish.

Good job! I liked seeing the animated render :).
I see what the other poster said about his traps but I don’t think it’s impossible for an old man to have those sized traps.

pure awesomeness in your sketchbook mate. Your sculpt of Obama is totally STUNNING - YES WE CAN baby! I#ve tried him like 4 times and never caught his likeness, really nice work and a great reference thanks mate 
your other sculpts are amazing aswell, the detail of the old man ist just stunning! One thing you’ve put a lot of effort into his wiwi
