This may sound like a noob question but, What program did you render in and how did you render the water if you dont mind me asking?
Hi jayriggo, sorry for the delay in my response. I used Keyshot for the render and the water is the glass material, I just tweaked a little bit the IOR and added a noise normal map for the bump. Look at the image attached.
