Everything done with Zbrush - hardsurface, fabric, head, surface noise and hair! It’s very fast and efficiently to build character assets with Zbrush, it took me a couple weekends to finish 
Rendered with BPR in a few passes. 100% project done in ZBrush, only minor post editing in Photoshop.
