Right click lag/unresponsive (navigation) on wacom with windows 10

I just did a clean install, new computer, updated windows 10, zbrush 2018, latest wacom drivers (cintiq 24hd)

Im experiencing an unresponsive rt click button on the stylus. Mouse control works fine. I just went through a similar experience with the latest photoshop and it was related to Windows Ink. I’ve tried windows ink on and off, still doesn’t solve it. I’ve tried the windows tablet pen properties (disabling rt click hold) and adjusted the speed sliders. This did not work as well.

At first I thought it totally wasn’t working, but I found if I hold it down for over a second, I can get rt click to control the viewport navigation.

Any help with this would be awesome, I just built a new computer specifically to use zbrush and because of this, its pretty much unusable.

Ok, I realized it works if I press the stylus to the screen, but doesnt work when I hover. Any ideas on how to get it to rt click navigate without clicking the tip of the stylus all the way to the surface? Am I losing my mind or have you always had to touch the surface to right click navigate?

In your Wacom Tablet Properties, click on Options at the bottom and you can select Side Switch Mode to be Hover Click or Click & Tap.
